On Saturday, Feb. 2, Del. David Bulova (D-37) is holding a Town Hall meeting with Sen. Chap Petersen (D-34) from 9 to 10:30 a.m. in the council chamber of Fairfax City Hall, 10455 Armstrong Street. They will provide an overview of issues that are currently before the General Assembly. All constituents are invited to share their ideas and thoughts on issues that are important to the community.
Bulova will also be holding his first Constituent Day on Feb. 18, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the State Capitol in Richmond. During the visit, constituents will attend a reception at the General Assembly Building, take a tour of the State Capitol with Delegate Bulova and watch the House of Delegates in action during session.
Constituents are also invited to participate in Delegate Bulova’s 2013 Constituent Survey, which can be found on-line at www.davidbulova.com.
Bulova represents Virginia’s 37th House District, which includes the City of Fairfax and portions of Fairfax County. He serves on the General Laws, Education, and Agriculture, Chesapeake and Natural Resources committees. He is also a member of the State Water Commission, the Joint Commission on Health Care, and the Housing Commission.
Petersen represents Virginia’s 34th Senate District, which includes the City of Fairfax, the Town of Vienna, and portions of Fairfax County. He serves on the General Laws and Technology, Privileges and Elections, and Agriculture, Conservation and Natural Resources committees.
