On May 26, PFC Brian Bowman (left) and PFC Matthew Grubb review the paperwork of this jet ski and its operator and discuss the safe operation of the device. Grubb is a full time member of the Fairfax County Police Marine Patrol Unit, assisted by Bowman, a marine unit qualified officer out of the Fair Oaks station.
