Jennifer Gilbert, a native of Fairfax, won the title of Miss Greater Springfield 2013 on Saturday, Sept. 22. Gilbert plans to use her title to promote her platform of positive eating practices for women, and maintains an educational blog at: cdcjen.blogspot.com.
