George Mason University’s Patriot Center in Fairfax was constructed in 1985. A 10,000 seat sports and entertainment arena, the center is host to more than 120 events every year ranging from GMU basketballs games, Washington Wizards basketball training camp, rock concerts, presidential candidates and the Ringling Brothers Circus.
